The museum will initially operate in the dungeons of Ternopil Castle, but in the future the entire castle will be used. The museum was co-organized by entrepreneur, public figure Oleg Makogin, art critic Vera Stetsko, historians, cultural figures, local historians. The mayor of Ternopil Sergey Nadal will contribute to the creation of the museum.Currently, there are already those who are willing to transfer old valuables for the exposition of the future museum.The opening of the first hall of the museum was planned for the City Day on August 28, 2015, but now the opening of the museum has been postponed to a later date.
